Pastor Jason Lamar Keeten and Lady Shantavia Keeten are devoted leaders of Breath of Life Ministries, serving with passion, integrity and a deep love for God's people. Together, they embody the heart of true servant leadership empowering others through worship, the Word of God, prayer, and example.

Pastor Jason Lamar Keeten
Pastor Jason Lamar KeetenPastor Jason Lamar Keeten was born on August 28, 1981, in Orange County, California, and later relocated to Houston, Texas. He began his walk with Christ at a young age and was baptized at Christian Faith Missionary Baptist Church under the late Pastor W. H. Banks.He accepted his call to ministry at St. Agnes Church under Apostle Gene Moore Sr. and later served at Living Word Faith Center, where he was licensed, ordained, and elevated to Elder. Following God’s direction, he joined City Cathedral Sugar Land Campus and now serves as an Elder and Assistant Director of the Youth Department with the KECCM Fellowship of Churches and Ministries.Pastor Keeten is the founder of JK Ministries and G.A.P. Ministries, a citywide youth outreach. He is passionate about empowering youth and preparing the next generation for ministry. He is married to Shantay Monique Keeten, his partner in ministry.
Lady Shantay Keeten
Shantay Keeten is a devoted wife, mother, and woman of God whose life is marked by faith, purpose, and service. Ordained in 2012 through the Temple of Restoration Church under Apostle Diane Simpson, she is a faithful member of City Cathedral Church under Bishop Leroy Woodard Jr.
She serves as Administrator of JK Ministries, leading Bible study and prayer while supporting the ministry’s vision through teaching and intercession. Professionally, she works at Texas Southern University, where she mentors and encourages young women. A dynamic speaker, her life reflects God’s grace, faithfulness, and calling.
